DAY - Wednesdays - TIME: 19:45 - 20:45

This class is 1 hour of movement through the body. As with all my classes we start with grounding into our bodies and finding our breath. We take time to warm up through the joints before beginning a short steady flow where we will strengthen and build heat. You will be led into a short deep relaxation at the end of class to give your self the time to rest and sense into your body, letting everything settle and find neutral.
