Flow to let go with yoga nidra

This class is for those who would like to move, strengthen and build heat in their bodies, but also long and need that deep healing relaxation to create space for the up coming week.

The first 45min are as with all my classes we start with grounding into our bodies and finding our breath. We take time to warm up through the joints before beginning a short steady flow where we will strengthen and build heat.

The second part of the class invites you to rest deeply into your body, find space, silence and stillness. I will then take you on a journey of whole body relaxation and heart opening grounding.
