This 90min class, was developed by me to give something soft but powerful to help you move into your weekend feeling calm, centered and able to enjoy your time fully.

I blend, what I call restorative flow and yoga nidra (guided meditation) to create this warm hug that soothes you from the inside out//

This is all floor based yoga where we move through the shoulders, spine and hips, eventually coming into some longer holds supported by blocks, to let your body and breath find a lower pace and prepare for a full guided meditation in savasana (yoga nidra) The second part of the class invites you to rest deeply into your body, find space, silence and stillness. I will then take you on a journey of whole body relaxation and heart opening grounding.

This is a truly healing class, that will leave you feeling at peace and in your body.
